Leadership Styles

So maybe there was a little criticism of how The Resort was being run last season. Maybe a few snide remarks, a little exasperation, who knows? The Leadership responds with a speech, the message being pretty much: "You don't like how how we do things, we don't want you here." This, of course, is aimed at the non-teamplayers.


No, it's not "if you come up with a better way of doing things, or a better idea, we will at least consider it." They won't even pretend to think about it before shitcanning it. If you don't like how they do things you need to leave, not try to make things better. Fucking leave!


This is how you wind up with a staff of gossiping whispering backstabbers and bullies. Ass-kissing Yes-people. The less-gifted you are as a leader, the more you need shit like that. Stalin, for instance, would not be my idea of a gifted leader. If you need fear to prop up your empire, you are probably short on ideas.
